We have just introduced a smoker to our venue. Cieran will be working on a whole range of smoked meats from succulent pork shoulders to whole chickens. We have a range of beers chosen to match the wonderful deep flavours this unique cooking style creates. Cieran uses a secret mix of woods to create that Aviator smoke flavour.
